1. Code of Conduct

All workers, whether full-time, contractual, or interns, are expected to adhere to the following standards:

  • Professionalism: Act with integrity, respect, and courtesy in all dealings.
  • Zero Tolerance for Discrimination: Any form of discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to race, gender, or religion, is strictly prohibited.
  • Respect for Diversity: IIIION promotes an inclusive environment where every individual is treated equally, regardless of background.

2. Confidentiality and Data protection

  • Confidentiality: Any sensitive company or client data must be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Sharing proprietary information without consent is prohibited.
  • Data Security: Compliance with data protection laws, including GDPR (where applicable), is mandatory for all workers.
  • Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): All contractual workers and interns are required to sign an NDA to protect company and client confidentiality.

3. Anti-Bribery and Corruption

  • Integrity in Business Practices: We adhere to a comprehensive anti-bribery policy. Bribery, including offering or accepting gifts or payments with the intent to influence any business decision, is strictly prohibited.

4. POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Policy

  • Commitment to a Safe Workplace: IIIION is dedicated to providing a work environment free of sexual harassment, in accordance with the POSH Act.
  • Zero Tolerance: Any sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate action, including termination of the contract or internship.
  • Complaint Mechanism: All individuals associated with IIIION can approach the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) for any complaints regarding sexual harassment.
  • Awareness and Training: All workers will undergo POSH training to recognize, prevent, and report any instances of harassment.

5. Workplace Policies

  • Work Hours: Contractual workers and interns are expected to follow their agreed-upon schedules. Any changes should be approved in advance.
  • Health and Safety: IIIION complies with all safety regulations and provides a safe working environment for all workers.
  • Leave and Time-Off: Contractors and interns are entitled to leave based on their contractual agreements. Any leave must be documented and approved.

6. IT and Digital Security

  • Responsible Usage: Use of IIIION’s devices and network is limited to work-related activities. Personal usage must not interfere with productivity.
  • Data Protection: Unauthorized access to sensitive data or systems will result in immediate termination of the contract.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All work created by contractual workers or interns during their term with IIIION, including code, designs, and concepts, is the intellectual property of the company.

8. Compliance with Laws

  • Legal Obligations: IIIION complies with all local, national, and international laws relevant to our operations. All workers must familiarize themselves with applicable laws and adhere to them.

9. Disciplinary Actions

  • Violation of Rules: Any violations of the above rules may result in disciplinary actions, including termination of the contract or internship.
  • Fair Process: Individuals will have the opportunity to explain their side in case of any disciplinary proceedings.

10. Reporting Violations

  • Whistleblower Protection: Any worker (contractual or intern) who witnesses or is subject to a violation of these policies must report it immediately.
  • Confidential Reporting: IIIION ensures that all complaints are treated confidentially and protects whistleblowers from retaliation.
